SK Hand Tool Corporation is one of the oldest of the American hand tool companies
continuing in operation today. Since its creation in 1921, SK has become one of the
leaders in its market, introducing innovative and Tested Tough products for the
professional hand tool market. In 2005, SK was bought by its own management,
and is now independently operated by two shareholders. In 2006, SK Hand Tool
Corporation extended its product offerings with a line of power tools, the
Pro-Gun impact wrenches and air ratchets, and has achieved outstanding
success in this new market.

Claude Fuger: President & CEO

After serving 9 years as the CFO for Automotive Products, Inc. based in Europe, Claude Fuger joined SK Hand Tool Corporation in July of 2002, bringing a strong background of the Automotive Aftermarket and OEM fields. In 2008, Claude was elected President and CEO of SK Hand Tool Corporation. | |

Cliff Rusnak: Vice President & Board Chairman

Since 1995, Cliff has held a number of sales and product management positions at SK ranging from a product specialist position to industrial sales, regional sales, and national account management. Cliff has had the opportunity to work with domestic and international customers in the automotive, industrial, and retail channels. More recently, Cliff has worked as the Vice President of sales and as of 2008, he became the Executive Vice President of SK Hand Tool Corporation in additon to serving as the Chairman of the Board for SK Hand Tools.

Meet our Customer Service Manager
Kelly Thomas: Customer Service/ Accounts Receivable Manager
|
|
Kelly Thomas began her career at SK Hand Tool in 1997 when she was hired on as a Customer Service Representative. Kelly's ambition and extensive knowledge of SK's customer base led to a promotion to Customer Service Manager in 2005. Kelly has proved to be an outstanding asset to the company, and in November of 2006 she assumed responsibility of managing the Accounts Receivable Department in addition to the Customer Service Department. |

WE'VE MOVED!
|
SK Hand Tool Corporation has officially moved its distribution center from McCook, IL into the SK Hand Tool headquarters in Chicago, IL. By integrating the distribution function into the Chicago facility, SK is better positioned to service its growing customer base by reducing product flow time from manufacturing and by improving communications and interactions between the manufacturing, sales, marketing, and customer service departments. |

on The Men’s Channel. V8TV airs 26
original episodes each year, each airing
3 times per week. V8TV joined with TEN
Publications to produce Truck World
TV 2004, 2005, and 2006 in Las Vegas
and again at the Indianapolis
SEMA Spring Expo in 2005. |
